Life is like a series of crossroads,
Steered by choices made in the present—
Every instant, a new beginning.
From the inside out, and from the outside in,
We meet different versions of ‘ourselves’,
Through varied states and perspectives.
 
On this journey of self-healing,
A growing realisation that ‘pain’ is life’s greatest present—
For it reveals how precious ‘joy’ is.
 
Happiness is all around —
Even if the ‘self’ can’t see it in this moment,
it doesn’t mean it isn’t there.
 
Life is an accumulation of self-made choices over time.
Hardship does not always cause pain, and ease does not always bring joy!
What are we all seeking in life? Each answer is unique.
